Data collected and purposes

This website has no contact form. We only process:

• messages you send us by email (identity, company, contact details, content of the message), in order to answer your request and follow up on our relationship. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual measures;
• technical connection data (IP address, date and time, pages viewed), recorded by the hosting provider to ensure the operation and security of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies, no audience measurement tools and no advertising cookies. Should this change, your consent would be obtained beforehand.

Retention

Exchanges with prospects and clients are kept for three years from the last contact, unless a longer legal retention period applies. Technical data is kept for the periods applied by the hosting provider.

Recipients and transfers

Your data is intended only for authorised persons at Ibex Invest. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., acts as a processor. It is established in the United States: transfers outside the European Union may therefore take place, covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses). We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. To exercise them, write to us at contact@ibex-invest.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07).
